A unidade de produção de Rushville opera com diferentes cronogramas de produção durante a alta temporada, de setembro a março de cada ano. Isso inclui, mas não se limita ao seguinte:

"The primary responsibilities of this position are to prepare molds, mix resins and gelcoats and operate Chopper Gun/Gelcoat Spray Equipment to apply chop/resin combinations or gel coat to specific thicknesses and tolerances. This is a sit-down sewing machine operator position. Other duties may include but are not limited to, final inspection, running a Velcro cutting machine, cutting window material, using a small band saw and a few other tasks as needed. We work Monday through Thursday, ten hours per day. 5:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Imagine having a three-day weekend every weekend.
