La planta de Rushville opera con diferentes horarios de producción durante la temporada alta, de septiembre a marzo de cada año. Esto incluye, entre otras cosas:
Trabajar de uno a tres turnos de 8 a 10 horas (de 5 a 6 días por semana, con 1 o 2 días libres) con turnos rotativos y bonificación por turno.
