"Position Title: Beach and Boat Launch Attendant - Seasonal

Department(s): Prairie Creek

Reports to (Title): General Manager

Pay Rate: Up to $15.00

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS:

Incumbent serves as a customer service attendant for the Prairie Creek Reservoir’s Beach Concession Stand and Boat Launch office (expected to work in both positions as needed). In addition, incumbents are required to carry out various maintenance and cleaning duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1.) Greets and assists Beach and Boat Launch guests. (Beach and Boat Launch)

2.) Supervises Boat Launch and Beach area to monitors for disturbances and guests in need. (Beach and Boat Launch)

3.) Takes orders and payment from guests and prepares concession items in a timely and professional manner. (Beach)

4.) Takes payment for Boat Launch permits and daily/annual bank fishing permits. (Boat Launch)

5.) Informs guests of Park/Beach rules and launch protocols. (Beach and Boat Launch)

6.) Maintains a clean and organized working environment. (Beach and Boat Launch)

7.) Keeps track of inventory and informs general manager when supplies are needed. (Beach)

8.) Manages cashflow and prepares a daily report at the end of the day for the general manager. (Beach and Boat Launch)
