About the Role

Duties to include but are not limited to:
• Process supplier invoices/credit notes/US customs statements
• Set up a new Supplier Account
• Process cash and credit card expense claims
• Set up payments both domestic and international
• Prepare Aged Creditors Report
• Update cash forecast
• Credit Card Administration
• Banking transactions and reconciliations
Experience and Skills
• Minimum 1-year similar accounts role
• Associate degree is Accounting is preferred
• Familiarity with modern IT based accounting systems
• Good understanding of book-keeping and office practice
• Ability to follow systems and procedures
• Good MS Excel skills
• Able to work independently and in a Team working environment
