3rd Shift RTM Production Associate

"The primary function of a RTM Production Associate will be trained up to and including how to operate injection equipment and spray equipment to produce composite parts by injecting liquid resin into a closed mold containing pre-placed fibers, followed by curing and part removal.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of manufacturing experience is preferred but not required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Lifting of and moving molds 50 – 100 pounds routinely
• Exposure of skin to resin, acetone, fiberglass, gun flush, catalyst
