Résumé du poste : Stratifier des couches de fibre de verre sur des moules pour former des enveloppes, des ensembles automobiles, des systèmes de traitement des eaux usées et/ou d’autres produits moulés sur mesure, tout en compactant et en éliminant les bulles d’air.
• Éliminer les bulles d’air et lisser les joints à l’aide de rouleaux et de brosses. Le roulage consiste à éliminer l’air du stratifié de fibre de verre (mélange de résine et de catalyseur) à l’aide d’un rouleau.
• Le rouleau doit être suffisamment robuste pour permettre le transport des moules d’un poste de travail à l’autre.
• Sélectionner les nattes, les tissus et les renforts en bois prédécoupés en fibre de verre, selon les besoins des projets.
• Appliquer par tapotements ou pressions les couches de natte ou de tissu imprégnées sur les moules, à l’aide de brosses ou à la main, et lisser les plis et les bulles d’air.
• Mélanger les catalyseurs aux résines et imprégner les tissus et les nattes de ces mélanges à l’aide de brosses.
• Appliquer des couches de résine plastique sur les surfaces des moules avant la pose des nattes de fibre de verre, en répétant les couches jusqu’à obtention des épaisseurs souhaitées et gélification de la résine.
